That drives us to devise and implement effective knowledge transfer solutions into all our projects, these include;

Shadowing - directly working on the project with one of our consultants will enable your staff to get a real life view of how the system works and ensure effective knowledge transfer of the solution pre go-live. We actively encourage our customers to empower their staff to work with our consultants during the project to enable this process, that doesn't necessarily mean full time, critical information can be passed on at key milestones during the project delivery.

Class Room Training - as one of the most experienced Oracle Hyperion partners in Australia we have plenty of technical software experience and more importantly understand how it is used in practice. We provide a complete range of Hyperion courses which can be delivered on or off site and customised to suit your specific requirements, anything from 2 hours to a full 5 day course. Each course combines functional product training with real life workshops and examples which bring your learning experience to life, call us to discuss your requirements.

E-Learning - time is expensive and travel budgets continue to be squeezed so a learning solution you can access from your own desk is an excellent solution for many organisations. Training delivered in an online classroom or worked on at your own pace is an increasingly important option for dispersed user bases or where there are a lot of end users to train.
