Full Project

There are occasions when our customers have no internal resources available to dedicate to the project delivery, even though they recognise the need and benefits they will achieve by moving forward with it. When this is the case M-Power are able to deliver a Full Project service.

At the start of the process M-Power work with you to understand and define your requirement which leads into the development of detailed design definition and associated project plan. From this point your involvement is limited to pre-arranged validation workshops at key milestones throughout the project.

On delivery of the solution you can decide between a detailed handover of the system to your internal team or M-Power can continue to administer the system for you as an outsourcing service as part of our Application Management offering.
