Shared Workspace Pages in the Hyperion Workspace (v11)
Users of the v11 Hyperion Workspace will be familiar with the “home” page that provides quick links to recent documents, favourites and applications. There is also a section called Workspace Pages which we often find customers are not taking advantage of.
The Workspace pages section allows administrators to define specific folders or documents that are made available for all users. To use this feature follow the steps below:-
- Navigate to the report repository using the explore key
- Locate the folder called Shared Workspace Pages which is created automatically and place folders or documents within the folder
- Logon and off and these items will be available for quick launch from the home page
